When you order with us
1. Please, read carefully these rules.
2. Only join our GO when you are sure to go all the way. Once the order is placed, no more refunds will be made.
3. Once the form is done/send, pay immediately at the Paypal of the admin who rule the GO. Don't forget that if you pay in g&s the fees are in your charge.
4. Once we receive the payment, we will sent a confirmation mail to confirm your participation at the GO.
5. Once the album/merch will be out, another mail will be send for the second paiment (shipping fees from the country to us to you).
6. Once everything is at our home, we will send you an email for the last payement from us to we. With it, will be a form to know wich way you want to use for the shipping.
7. If you don't pay before the deadline, we can sale your album/merch.
8. Think about checking your email box and even in the spam. If our mail is in the spam and you don't see it, it's not our fault.
9. We take 1,50€ for the organisation of the go, it's already added to the album price.
10. After we send you the price for the fees from us to you, we give you 3 weeks to pay, after that, we leave you another week but charges will be added. Finally, after one month in total, we will sale your item and there will be no possibility for you to have it back.
